TICKER clockworks robot, the epitome of non-functionality

Jaiyant CavaleSep 2 2008

If there was something that would defy functionality in the most contemptuous way, it has to be TICKER, the clockworks robot. Well, just in case you want to know the truth, the TICKER is green and eco-friendly, and is constructed with 80% recycled materials. It might also interest you for it uses old French and American clock parts. The robot not only lacks robotic intelligence but also doesn't tick unlike the name suggests. This brings us to the question of this product's raison d'etre. Which according to me, is to amuse an old souvenir collector who doesn't mind spending occasionally on designer souvenirs and then try to pass it of as an antique souvenir.
