You have to admit that sometimes the law can be so skewed against the better interests of people. I mean, just look at this innovative Russian guy! He was just out to make the best of the rush hour by trying to squeeze in a decent bath during his daily commute, when the traffic cops busted him for driving a street illegal chopper! Yeah sure, he was kinda breaking the law by being semi-naked in public but since cleanliness is next to godliness, I really think he should have been spared!
