OK! OK! I know organic is a rage these days and anyone found dissing the trend is seen as a real traitor to the planet. But even the staunchest tree-huggers will have to agree with me here when I say that these Petrified Wood Cheese Trays are not something anyone should be all that eager to promote. I mean I’m all for going back to nature but not when the hygiene levels of the appetizers are concerned. Besides, eating cheese off a piece of log is kinda primitive - don’t you think?
