The bizarre incident took place when Village chief Sawiyono supposedly received text messages from an alleged government official who offered the two men jobs as intelligence officers. The bogus official claimed that the two men must first get their mugs inked with a dragon tattoo to qualify. By the time Sawiyono got around to confirm the strange qualification, the two men had already gone ahead with the inking! The good thing abut this bizarre incident is that Sawiyono has accepted full responsibility for the unfortunate incident and has promised to help the two men in getting the ink removed.
