A 15-year-old boy was tied to a tree long nine years in West Bengal in India because he used to bite dogs, goats and the people too. Nine years back when the victim, Rahul Amin Dhali, started gnawing the flesh of goats and eventually he bit one of his family members.
When the neighbors complained about it to Rahul’s father, he chained him to a tree and after a long depressing span of nine years, the boy was rescued by the government and is being on treatment these days.
The notion among the villagers was that Rahul Amin Dhali possessed devilish powers. However, the doctors say that he will be fine after a couple of months.
