This is the best place for such pictures to be put up! Perfectly strange is what I call these people, who like tearing apart the skin around their lips or eyes and then stitching it up. The ones, who do it essentially because their roots demand them to do so, are pardoned, but, the ones who do it for the sake of fashion are nothing but mindless individuals. The confusing thing is that it doesn’t really add up or glorify an individual’s appearance. It can only screw up the looks making people look like walking ghouls.
